广州市公安局白云分局19日发布警情通报，余某翔因涉嫌冒充军人招摇撞骗罪已被依法采取刑事强制措施。
通报显示，网传一余姓男子涉嫌假冒国务院参事、抗美援朝老兵等身份。广州警方展开调查，并于8月14日抓获犯罪嫌疑人余某翔（男，73岁）。
目前，余某翔因涉嫌冒充军人招摇撞骗罪已被依法采取刑事强制措施。案件正在进一步侦办中。
