格隆汇8月19日丨兴业控股(00132.HK)发布公告，与截至2024年6月30日止六个月录得的盈利港币1.07亿元相比，集团截至2025年6月30日止六个月的盈利预计录得减少至约港币4486.6万元。减少主要由于上年同期录得出售附属公司的盈利约港币4902.8万元，但期内并无该等盈利，及期内的应占联营公司盈利减少约港币2101.9万元所致。
