8月18日，航天长峰（600855）发布公告，公司拟公开挂牌转让所持航天柏克（广东）科技有限公司55.45%股权。
以2025年4月30日为基准日，股东全部权益账面价值为1.89亿元，评估价值为2.01亿元，航天长峰所持航天柏克55.45%股权的本次挂牌转让底价为1.11亿元。
2025年一季度，航天长峰实现收入9981万元，归母净利润-4283万元。
