人民财讯8月17日电，南微医学(688029)8月17日晚间公告，持股22.23%的股东中科招商因自身资金需求，拟以集中竞价、大宗交易方式减持公司股份合计不超过375.69万股，其中拟通过集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份不超过187.85万股；拟通过大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过187.85万股。本次拟通过以上两种方式减持的股份合计不超过公司总股本比例的2%。
