央视网消息：8月16日下午生成的南海热带低压目前正逐渐向海南岛南部沿海靠近，可能于17日夜间到18日凌晨登陆或擦过上述沿海。受其影响，广东、广西南部沿海、海南岛等地部分地区有大到暴雨，广东局地有大暴雨。17日中午12点到18日下午2点，琼州海峡客滚运输全线停运。
