鲸鲨Rhincodon typus，是现存体形最大的鱼类，成鱼体长约5米，体表的斑点犹如繁星点点。它们是“温柔”的大鱼，口虽大，食性却以滤食小型动物为主。它们的生存受到气候变化、船运活动、海洋污染的威胁。
