爱康国宾起诉张晓玲名誉侵权案开庭取消。8月14日，记者从律师张晓玲处获悉，在她于8月12日正式向上海市浦东新区人民法院提出管辖权异议之后，8月13日下午，她收到法院通知，由于管辖权异议原因，原定于9月11日在在陆家嘴第三法庭开庭审理的（2025）沪0115民初92033号案件取消开庭。张晓玲告诉记者，现在她在等待法院作出相关裁定，裁定后就能确定案件在哪里审理。
