中国信息科技公布，计划按“8供3”基准进行供股，发行最多约2747.45万股（或考虑购股权行使后最多约2948.94万股），认购价为每股1.29港元，较最后交易日收市价2.87港元折让约55.05%。此次供股预计筹集约3544万至3804万港元（扣除开支前）。所得款项净额将用于集团未来18个月的一般营运资金。
