(医药健闻2025年8月13日讯）Intas Pharmaceuticals子公司Accord Plasma B.V.宣布已签署协议，将全资收购Prothya Biosolutions Belgium BV及其所有子公司。
Prothya Biosolutions是血浆衍生药物（PDMP）领域的领军企业，业务主要分布于荷兰与比利时。
此次拟议的收购标志着Intas & Accord朝着在PDMP市场建立全球影响力的长期雄心目标迈出了重要一步，从而将Intas在印度市场的既有领先地位拓展至真正的国际化版图。
