8月13日，众多网友在社交平台发文，称北京移动在早高峰时段网络“崩溃”，据网友反馈，故障表现为部分APP及服务无法使用。
多位网友发帖表示无法打开瑞幸APP、无法打车、并且影响上班打卡。
对此，北京移动官方发博致歉，称8月13日早间，北京移动少量用户出现无法使用个别APP或小程序的情况。官方目前正在积极排查中，尽快逐步恢复。
