记者斯基拉报道称，莱比锡已与利物浦展开谈判，希望签下埃利奥特，此外还有两家英超俱乐部也对这位中场球员感兴趣。
上赛季，埃利奥特共为利物浦在各项赛事出战28次，其中6次为首发，打进5粒进球的同时，并取得3次助攻。现年22岁的埃利奥特目前的德转身价为3000万欧。
