需求概况：面向短临工程新建存储设备的网络接入需求，建设汇聚交换机、接入交换机和网络控制器。配套建设连接新建设备的网络布线，包括 6 类屏蔽双绞线、LC 多模光纤、MPO 多模光纤、桥架和 ODF 等。建设国家级主中心至和林格尔超算中心备份专线及波分设备扩展板卡。
