8月8日，国家金融监督管理总局荆门监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，因贷前调查不尽职，超过借款人的实际需求发放流动资金贷款等违法违规行为，湖北荆门农村商业银行股份有限公司被罚90万元，李杨、乔杨、李于银、秦岭等责任人员被警告。
