8月11日，北京西城。博主@小丸子 向《正在新闻》反映，自己与家人在北京“大栅栏·烤鸭·新京菜”餐厅就餐时，发现店内装饰玻璃幕墙后，惊现一只老鼠，并一直在跑动。
《正在新闻》发现餐厅点评页面，有两位顾客留言反映店内发现有老鼠的情况。
8月11日，《正在新闻》联系位于涉事餐厅，工作人员表示，对此事不知情，不了解情况。
