当地时间8月10日，乌克兰武装部队总参谋部通报称，当天乌克兰武装部队无人系统部队与其他部队协同，对位于俄罗斯萨拉托夫州的萨拉托夫炼油厂发动了打击，袭击导致厂区内发生爆炸和火灾。乌克兰武装部队总参谋部指出，萨拉托夫炼油厂是俄罗斯关键燃料基础设施，负责为俄军提供石油产品，该厂年加工能力可达700万吨原油。（央视新闻）
