8月9日早上，上海松花江路营口路，因自来水管破裂，水流流出致路口地面拱起，交警和抢修人员立即赶到现场处置。路口暂时处于封闭状态，交警引导途经车辆绕行。目前，自来水管已修复完毕，预计最晚将在晚上八点前完成路面修复。
