据报道，Meta正在全球范围内积极招募AI人才，开出高价薪酬从其他AI公司挖走开发人员，包括OpenAI和苹果在内的公司都“深受其害”。然而，Anthropic联合创始人兼首席执行官Dario Amodei在一档播客中表示，Anthropic在Meta挑起的这场AI人才争夺战中并没有受到重创。Amodei指出，Anthropic的员工大多选择留下，一方面是出于对公司的忠诚，另一方面是出于对潜在经济利益的信心。尽管Meta成功挖走了Anthropic的一位高层员工Joel Pobar，但根据风险投资公司SignalFire的调查，Anthropic的工程师招聘速度是其流失速度的2.68倍，招聘新工程师的速度高于流失速度。
