财联社8月8日电，久量股份(300808.SZ)公告称，持股2.14%的股东珠海市横琴融信量企业管理中心（有限合伙）计划以集中竞价、大宗交易的方式合计减持公司股份不超过293.79万股（占公司总股本的1.84%）；持股23.07%的股东、董事卓楚光计划以大宗交易的方式减持本公司股份不超过186.21万股（占公司总股本的1.16%）。
