IT之家 8 月 8 日消息，在 AMD 推出入门级 "RDNA 3" 专业显卡 Radeon PRO W7400 后不久，一张硬件规格相同的消费级显卡 Radeon RX 7400 也已上线官网。截至IT之家本文发稿时该卡甚至尚未出现在 AMD 的 Radeon RX 7000 系列型号列表中。
与 PRO W7400 一样，RX 7400 采用阉割版的 "Navi 33" GPU，启用 28CU (1792SP) 规模的 GPU 核心，配备 128bit 位宽的 8GB 容量 10.8Gbps 等效速率 GDDR6 显存，GPU 核心频率则运行在 1100MHz 下。
Radeon RX 7400 显卡 GPU 功耗上限 43W，整卡 TBP 功耗 55W，参考设计为 167mm 长度单槽厚度。
