据条例，当苏云金芽孢杆菌Cry1A.2和Cry1B.2蛋白作为植物保护剂用于大豆食品和饲料商品中，豁免其残留限量。
此规定自2025年8月6日起生效，反对或听证请求需在2025年10月6日前提交申请。
