8月7日，国务院新闻办公室举行国务院政策例行吹风会，介绍逐步推行免费学前教育政策有关情况，并答记者问。财政部副部长郭婷婷表示，财政部将综合考虑学前教育学龄人口的变化、财力状况等因素，会同教育部研究适时完善免费政策，让更多孩子受益。
