8月6日，双杰电气（300444）发布公告，控股股东赵志宏将其持有的451万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的2.85%及公司总股本的0.56%；同时解除质押股份477万股，占其所持股份的3.01%及公司总股本的0.60%。
截至公告披露日，赵志宏累计质押股份为8832万股，占其持股的55.80%及公司总股本的11.06%。
2025年一季度，双杰电气实现收入5.98亿元，归母净利润95万元。
