China successfully launched a group of low-Earth orbit (LEO) Internet satellites on August 4 at 18:21 from the Hainan Commercial Spaceport using the Long March-12 carrier rocket. Developed by private aerospace firm GalaxySpace, this marks the first mass production of such satellites by a commercial company. With modular design and smart manufacturing, the company targets an annual output of over 100 satellites weighing 1,000 kg each, advancing China's capabilities in scalable satellite deployment.
