北京商报讯（记者 李海媛）8月5日，东方证券发布关于A股股份回购实施结果暨股份变动的公告。截至8月5日回购期限到期，东方证券实际回购A股股份2670.32万股，占公司总股本的比例为0.3143%，回购最高价为9.76元/股，最低价为9.19元/股，回购均价为9.37元/股，已支付的总金额约为2.5亿元（不含交易费用）。
