人民财讯8月5日电，上海汽配(603107)8月5日晚间公告，公司拟与热翼（武汉）智能科技有限责任公司（以下简称“武汉热翼”）共同出资设立标的公司，开展车载冰箱业务。标的公司拟注册资本为人民币2000万元，由公司认缴出资1200万元，占注册资本的60%，武汉热翼认缴出资800万元，占注册资本的40%。
