据重庆卫健委消息，2025年7月，重庆市共报告法定传染病发病19563例，较上月（24061例）下降18.69%，较去年同期（32503例）下降39.81%；死亡129例（艾滋病114例、肺结核11例、丙肝4例），较上月（119例）上升8.40%，较去年同期（137例）下降5.84%。
2025年7月，无甲类传染病报告。
2025年7月，乙类传染病共报告发病9652例，较上月（12176例）下降20.73%，较去年同期（14226）下降32.15%；死亡129例，较上月（119例）上升8.40%，较去年同期（137例）下降5.84%；报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为新型冠状病毒感染、乙肝、肺结核。
2025年7月，丙类传染病共报告发病9911例，较上月（11885例）下降16.61%，较去年同期（18277例）下降45.77%；本月无死亡。报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为手足口病、其他感染性腹泻、流行性感冒。
