观点网讯：8月5日，据资本市场消息，蚂蚁集团计划出售其持有的印度电子商务公司Paytm股份，交易估值约为4.34亿美元，折合港元约34亿。
据报道，蚂蚁集团关联公司Antfin Netherlands Holding计划通过大宗交易方式，以每股1,020卢比（约11.6美元）的底价出售最多3,730万股Paytm母公司One 97 Communications Ltd.的股份，作价较该股周一（4日）在孟买收市价折让逾5%。
