我国在艾滋病疫苗研发领域取得重要进展！中国科学家将消灭天花的“天坛株”痘苗病毒改造成艾滋病疫苗载体，48名健康受试者参与试验，验证方案安全有效；且能激发有效免疫反应。
近日，中国疾控中心艾防中心等团队完成我国首个复制型艾滋病疫苗I期临床试验。而此前，全球已进行300多项艾滋病疫苗试验，包括11项疗效试验，其中大多数未能证明其保护性免疫效果。
