重庆市气象台发布高温红色预警信号，预计今天（8月4日）13时至21时，渝中、沙坪坝、大渡口、江北等36个区县，海拔400米以下地区日最高气温将升至40℃~43℃；城口、南川、黔江、酉阳、秀山等5个区县海拔600米以下地区日最高气温将升至37℃~40℃。
