近日，南平市人民政府发布人事任免，其中任命夏开业为南平市人民政府办公室副主任。
据公开资料，夏开业，男，汉族，1991年3月出生，中共党员，研究生学历，北京大学理学博士。
夏开业是福建省2018年引进生，2018年8月起任浦城县科技副县长，2020年10月起任松溪县副县长。
