据外交部网站消息，2025年7月31日，外交部发言人、新闻司司长毛宁同韩国外交部发言人李在雄在韩国首尔举行第九次中韩外交部发言人磋商。双方同意加强新闻和公共外交领域的交流合作，助力中韩关系健康稳定发展。
同日，毛宁还会见了韩国外交部东北亚中亚局局长姜英信、公共文化外交局局长徐嫔。
