据微软消息，2025年7月，微软正式宣布任命庆雪辉（Johnson Qing）为大中华区首席伙伴官（Chief Partner Officer），全面负责微软在中国大陆、香港和台湾地区的企业级生态战略与合作伙伴业务发展。庆雪辉将向微软全球资深副总裁、大中华区董事长兼首席执行官侯阳汇报。此前，庆雪辉担任微软中国生态伙伴事业部负责人。（广角观察）
