财联社7月30日电，印度当地时间7月30日下午成功发射一颗地球观测卫星。这颗合成孔径雷达卫星由印度空间研究组织和美国国家航空航天局联合研制，命名为NASA-ISRO Synthetic Aperture Radar（NISAR）。其主要目标是研究陆地和冰川变化、陆地生态系统和海洋等领域。这是印度空间研究组织和美国国家航空航天局首次合作开展地球观测任务。 (央视新闻)
