7月29日，市场监管总局召开食品安全专题新闻发布会。市场监管总局新闻宣传司司长王秋苹介绍，为进一步保障公众知情权、提升监管透明度、推动构建食品安全社会共治格局，市场监管总局决定从本月起，定期举办食品安全专题新闻发布会，及时向社会通报食品安全监管工作动态，发布食品安全典型案例。
