当地时间7月28日，哥伦比亚刑事巡回审判法庭法官宣判，哥伦比亚前总统乌里韦的“刑事贿赂罪”和“程序欺诈罪”成立，“简单贿赂罪”不成立。
乌里韦现年73岁，2002年至2010年任哥伦比亚总统。哥伦比亚最高法院于2020年8月4日批准逮捕乌里韦，施以居家监禁，理由是其涉嫌收受贿赂、收买证人、程序欺诈。（央视新闻）
