报道表示，尽管汉堡十分渴望签下波施，但鉴于球队的财政状况，后者需要接受较大幅度的降薪才可能加盟球队。目前，波施尚未决定是否接受这一份合同。
上赛季，波施以租借形式效力于意甲球队亚特兰大，但整个赛季仅在联赛中得到5次出场。
