7月28日，据建设银行消息，建设银行已完成发行2025年第二期450亿元二级资本债，其中，5+5年期品种发行规模400亿元，票面利率1.94%；10+5年期品种发行规模50亿元，票面利率2.13%。本次发行完成后，建设银行资本充足率将提升约0.2个百分点。
