7月28日，承德露露（000848）发布公告，因个人原因，梁启朝申请辞去公司总经理职务。辞职后，梁启朝不再担任公司总经理，继续担任公司副董事长、执行董事、提名委员会委员等职务。
此外，董事会决定聘任丁兴贤担任公司总经理职务，并不再担任公司副总经理职务。
2025年一季度，承德露露实现收入10.02亿元，归母净利润2.15亿元。
