据北京日报客户端消息，截至7月27日20时30分，经过怀柔区公路分局、区经信局和电信、移动、联通等通讯运营商的奋力抢修，继琉璃庙、汤河口两镇恢复应急保障通讯后，长哨营乡、喇叭沟门乡、宝山镇也已恢复应急保障通讯。
