苹果今日向公测用户发布了 AirPods Pro 2 和 AirPods 4 的 Beta 固件更新，方便用户测试 iOS 26、iPadOS 26 和 macOS Tahoe 系统中 AirPods 的新功能。目前，该固件仅面向开发者和公测用户开放，安装更新需要运行 iOS 26、iPadOS 26 或 macOS 26 的设备。
该固件新增了随 iOS 26、iPadOS 26 和 macOS Tahoe 一同推出的多项功能。
AirPods Pro 2 和 AirPods 4 支持更高质量的通话和视频通话，并为采访、播客和视频提供录音棚级的录音效果。用户还可以选择将 AirPods 用作相机遥控器，配合相机应用进行拍照或录像。
在 iOS 26、iPadOS 26 和 macOS Tahoe 中，苹果添加了固件更新安装选项，当 AirPods 连接到 iPhone、iPad 或 Mac 时，可从 AirPods 设置界面访问该选项。
