据广东省佛山市各区最新的通报，截至7月24日，佛山市5个区已累计报告基孔肯雅热确诊病例超过4000例，其中顺德区报告确诊病例3627例。
世界卫生组织25日警告，基孔肯雅热病毒正在全球多地扩散，已有119个国家报告病例，约550万人面临感染风险。
疾控专家提醒，10年前基孔肯雅热在印度洋地区大规模暴发，当时50万人感染，现在全球已近30万人感染，规模或超上次。
