新华社莫斯科7月25日电（记者包诺敏）俄罗斯中央银行25日发布公告，宣布下调基准利率至18%。
俄央行表示，当前通胀下行速度快于预期，国内需求增长放缓，经济活动保持向均衡增长路径回归趋势，因此央行将维持适度从紧货币政策，促使通胀率2026年回归目标水平。俄央行强调，将根据通胀预期进一步动态调整基准利率。
俄央行6月曾下调基准利率至20%。（完）
