比特币持仓大户Strategy（原名MicroStrategy）7月25日宣布，其于7月24日进行的首次公开发行定价，发行28,011,111股可变利率A类永久优先股（$STRC），每股公开发行价格为90美元。STRC股票的发行和销售预计将于7月29日完成。Strategy估计，扣除承销折扣和佣金以及Strategy估计的发行费用后，本次发行将为其带来约24.74亿美元的净收益。Strategy计划将本次发行的净收益用于一般企业用途，包括购买比特币和补充营运资金。
