中国经济网盐城7月24日综合报道 据江苏省委组织部网站消息，盐城市第九届人大常委会第三十次会议7月22日决定，接受张明康因工作变动辞去盐城市人民政府市长职务的请求，任命严汉平为盐城市人民政府副市长、代理市长。
严汉平，男，汉族，1974年11月生，研究生学历，经济学博士，中共党员，现任盐城市委副书记，盐城市人民政府代理市长、市政府党组书记。
