7月23日晚上，足协杯八强战，上海申花在点球大战里不敌河南队，无缘四强，赛后，门将薛庆浩接受了采访。
本场比赛，申花在加时赛一度取得领先，但被拖入点球大战，薛庆浩虽然也扑出了几个球，但球队最终遗憾告负。
