根据日本电子竞技联盟（JeSU）消息，2026年名古屋亚运会电竞项目正式确认，共有13款游戏入选。
电竞项目名单：
《街头霸王6》
《铁拳8》
《拳皇15》
《宝可梦大集结》
《王者荣耀》
《英雄联盟》
《PUBG》亚运会版
《决胜巅峰》
《第五人格》亚运会版
《永劫无间》
《GT赛车7》
《eFootball》
《Puyo Puyo Champions》
此前的杭州亚运会原定的电子竞技项目共有8项，分别为：《王者荣耀》（亚运版本）《Dota 2》《梦三国2》《EA Sports FC Online》《英雄联盟》《和平精英》（亚运版本）《街头霸王V：冠军版本》以及《炉石传说》。后因暴雪游戏在中国大陆地区暂停服务，《炉石传说》被移除，改为7项。
