7月20日（报道），新厕锁门，旧厕熏人！稷山县农村出现高标准公厕“建而不用”的怪事！调查采访时，当地不少村民向记者反映，新建的公共厕所都是不提供日常使用的，只有村里有活动或领导来视察的时候才会开放。
