台风“韦帕”7月19日夜间加强为台风级后，今天下午3点，其中心位于广东省江门市近海，预计“韦帕”将以每小时20-25公里的速度向偏西方向移动。
今天上午11时，江门将防风应急响应提升至Ⅰ级，当地风力和雨势在逐渐增大。受台风影响，记者探访的客运码头已完全停运。目前，江门台山市已设置超过350处应急避险场所，以保障人员安全。（央视新闻）
