据越通社消息，截至当地时间今天（7月19日）晚间20时45分，越南下龙湾游船倾覆事件死亡人数上升为27人，其中包括8名儿童。当天，越南总理范明政签发紧急通知，要求对倾覆事故迅速展开搜救行动，全力做好善后工作。（CCTV国际时讯）
