7月14日深夜，云南省安宁市一名外卖员送餐途中突发低血糖，踉跄来到附近消防站求助。岗哨消防员了解情况后，立马搬来椅子扶外卖员坐下，其他消防员闻讯带着食物赶来帮忙，悉心照顾他直至情况好转。云南消防表示，“消防站的大门永远向群众敞开。”（蔡树菁、黄馨贤）
